Transferring accounts to another partner

Follow these steps for transferring accounts between partners.

You will need to take action on two sides; end customers’ MyNomadesk.com, and on Partner Portal account.

 

1: The end customers’ MyNomadesk.com

  • Go to Manage / Personal settings
  • Below you find the phrase: transfer your account to a different partner.
  • Click that link.

  • Copy the transfer code you see appearing in the dialogue box.

  • Paste the transfer code in the appearing dialogue box.
  • Click transfer
