Follow these steps for transferring accounts between partners.
You will need to take action on two sides; end customers’ MyNomadesk.com, and on Partner Portal account.
1: The end customers’ MyNomadesk.com
- Go to Manage / Personal settings
- Below you find the phrase: transfer your account to a different partner.
- Click that link.
- Copy the transfer code you see appearing in the dialogue box.
2: The Partner Portal
- Open your partner portal account : https://secure.nomadesk.com/nomadesk-partner/
- Navigate to the Manage Accounts tab.
- Click the Transfer button below this page.
- Paste the transfer code in the appearing dialogue box.
- Click transfer
