Unable to connect via WebDAV

If you get errors while connection via WebDAV, try the following:

  1. Check that your credentials are correct, you can test them by trying to log in at myNomadesk.com.
  2. Make sure the WebClient service is running
  • Open Task Manager by rightclicking an empty space on your taskbar

  • go to Services and verify that WebClient is running. If not, start by rightclicking it and selecting start
