My device is stolen

Should your device be stolen or lost you can use Theftguard to remotely wipe the Vault on that device as soon as the device logs in again. For every device that you user with Nomadesk there is a unique Device ID.

To remotely wipe your vault:

  • in the Overview list you can see all your devices, both active and wiped
  • click on the device that you want to wipe, which will show more information about that device
  • click Wipe data to remotely wipe the vaults on that device

It's also recommended that you change your password in case of a stolen device.
