Refreshing a locally saved file in iOS

  • Open the vault and select the file that you want to save offline

  • Tap the upper right hand disk icon, and select Save offline

  • Now you see a green disc icon appearing on the file name, on the left-hand side navigator. This indicates that the file is now saved offline on your iOS device.

  • When modifying the same file on another device, and going back to the iOS device, you see the disk icon changing to red. This means that the file had been edited and that the local copy is out of date.

  • When connected to the internet, go back to the upper right hand corner and tap the disk icon again. You will see the option Refresh saved copy appearing to get the latest version and save it back to your iOS device.
