Log files

In order to better diagnose your issue, Support will sometimes need the log files located on your machine. 

WINDOWS

  • go to Help -> about Nomadesk

  • click export log files

Export_Log_Files.jpg

  • this generates a ZIP file on your desktop, which you can then e-mail to us.

MAC OS

  • go to Nomadesk -> About

  • click Export log files

  • this generates a ZIP file on your desktop, which you can then e-mail to us.
